The MLC1043 is a voice synthesis IC with built-in EPROM for voice data storage. This IC employs MLPCM voice coding algorithm and utilizes a low power CMOS technology for portable applications.

*MLPCM : Advanced voice coding method based on the modified ADPCM algorithm that is developed by MCS Logic.
